Personally, I have an extensive background in local GOP politics. I am a former Chairman of the Arlington/Falls Church Young Republican Club (2006), where I also served as a grassroots co-chair. I am also active with the Young Republican Federation of Virginia, as one of the two YRFV State Central Representatives, as well as the treasurer of the Young Republican PAC for state elections.
I’m an active member of the Arlington County Republican Committee, and an associate member of the Alexandria Young Republicans.
I have a great deal of campaign experience, including with Lisa Marie Cheney for Congress (2004); Kilgore-Bolling-McDonnell (2005); George Allen for Senate (Arlington Volunteer Coordinator, 2006); and numerous legislative races (2007).
Professionally, I am an attorney in Washington, DC specializing in intellectual property and national security law. I am a 1997 graduate of Harvard University (B.S., mechanical engineering), a 2002 graduate of Harvard Law School, and I also have a graduate degree from Stanford University (M.S., aeronautics and astronautics, 1999).
Outside interests include baseball (I am a three-time veteran of the Baltimore Orioles Fantasy Camp and I play in a local baseball league), tennis, and golf.
